Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended — we'll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Domestic (South Africa): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country.
